Ingredients
- 1 cup clean spinach leaves
- 1 chilled and sliced very large ripe banana
- 1-2 tbsp nuts of your choice
- 1 cup cold soy/almond or low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
Steps to prepare
- Rinse, clean and chop spinach leaves
- Blend all ingredients to form smooth drink. Pour in serving glass. Alternatively you can substitute banana with any other fruits of your choice
