In fear of repeating myself, yes I love mangoes and cannot resist making “n” number of dishes from this fruit so here I have used another of my favorite coconut for this drink . I am not big fan of papaya so any time my hubby buys this fruit , I simply add it to dessert or make a smoothie.

Delicious blend of mangoes, papaya and coconut milk makes this as one of the healthy go-to tropical smoothie. Its best to use cold frozen ingredients to make smoothie. I will never recommend adding ice cubes and diluting drink

Preparation time: 5 mins Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe papaya
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/4 cup cold low fat milk/almond milk
  • 6 tbsp coconut milk
  • Honey or any sweetener as desired

Steps to prepare

  • Peel, de-seed and chop papaya into cubes. Similarly peel and chop mangoes into cubes. Freeze the fruits
  • Blend all the ingredients to form smooth drink. Adjust the quantity of milk as both papaya and mangoes thicken on blending. Pour in tall cold serving glass
  • Garnish with chia seeds, desiccated coconut. Serve cold
