With Christmas and new year around the corner, this is one of the perfect dessert for a party. Fusion of Banana pudding in ice cream makes this perfect yummy and delicious dessert. I am sure your family and friends will be equally impressed with this dessert and this will vanish in no time from the serving table
For me, this was perfect coupling of 2 delicious desserts – ice-cream and banana pudding and the taste was heavenly. I have used digestive biscuits here to give it right flavor , you can use any cookies or biscuits of your choice

Ingredients
- 250 ml full fat milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml cold condensed milk
- 4 digestive biscuits
- 1 medium ripe bananas cold – mashed
- 1 medium ripe bananas sliced
- 200 ml whipping Cream (cold)
Steps to prepare
- Add 3 tbsp milk from 250ml milk to 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder. make a paste

- Boil remaining milk

- Add 2 tbsp sugar to milk

Add custard powder paste to milk

- Keep stirring over low flame until custard thickens

- Allow to cool to room temperature

- Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours

- In a bowl, add condensed milk and whipping cream. It’s best to use whipping cream while making ice-creams, this will give ice-creams rich creamy texture like store brought

- Blend well to form smooth peaks

- Add prepared cold custard to whipped cream mix

- Blend this mixture again until well combined

- Add mashed bananas to whipped mix

- Blend well again for 3-4 minutes

- Grind digestive biscuits to fine crumbs

Keep this crumb mix aside

- Pour the prepared icecream in chilled container and level evenly

Place sliced bananas on top

- Sprinkle digestive crumbs generously on top

- Cover with cling wrap and close tightly with lid. Freeze for 6-7 hours

- Take the ice-cream out, thaw for 3-4 minutes, scoop out the ice-cream in serving bowls

- Serve this delicious pudding ice-cream cold
