Ingredients:
- 1 liter full fat milk
- 2.5 teaspoon rose water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Chopped almonds, pistachios, rose petals to garnish – as required
Steps to prepare:
- In 1 cup milk, dissolve cornstarch completely
- Boil remaining milk with sugar and cinnamon on medium heat
- Simmer the heat, add corn slurry to milk. Mix well until lump free
- Stir continuously bringing milk to boil over high heat. It will take 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat.
- Allow pudding to cool to room temperature
- Add vanilla extract and rose water to pudding. Mix well.
- Pour pudding in serving bowls
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-5 hours
- Garnish with almonds, pistachios and rose petals. serve cold
