Tangdi Kebabs is one of the most famous street food especially from Lucknow, Delhi and Hyderabad, its yummy and lip smacking in taste. Though this is cooked in tandoor, I have baked it in oven. This is quite simple and easy to make and tastes amazingly delicious
If you have barbeque or Tandoor then you can easily grill them else you can bake them in the oven as I have done

Ingredients
- 4-5 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp roasted Besan
- Butter as required to brush
- For Marination
- 1/2 cup hung Curd
- 2 teaspoon tandoori Chicken masala ( homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 teaspoon garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
Steps to prepare
- Clean Chicken and make deep incisions on both sides of leg

- In a bowl,add all ingredients mentioned under marination section

- Mix all the ingredients well

- Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl

- Marinate chicken and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Longer the marination, better the taste

- Add roasted besan to chicken and mix well

- Place chicken over greased grill pan or baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 220 deg cel
- Brush Butter on tops of Chicken drumsticks

- Bake again for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 220 deg cel
- Flip the chicken and bake again for 15 minutes in preheated oven at reduced temp of 180 deg cel

- Now brush butter on tops of chicken and bake for 15 minutes at 180 deg cel

- Serve hot with onions, lemon wedges and green chutney
