Move over Chicken Tikka and Paneer Tikka , for here comes equally delectable and indeed more delightful curry – Fish Tikka Masala. This is so easy , simple to prepare and takes lesser time to cook. So next time, if you are not sure what to cook for dinner/parties/occasions, make this delectable curry and surprise your family and friends

Now the beauty of this dish is that grilled fish is more flaky, melt in mouth and hence renders unique delightful taste to this curry. The other day , when I prepared Paneer Tikka Masala (recipe followiing shortly), I had to make this dish too. I often prepare Chicken tikka and Paneer Tikka so this time as a change, I thought of making this dish and who would have thought that this would turn out to be a super hit dish 🙂

*I have used grill pan to grill the fish, you can grill this in oven/grill or over stove top. Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread fish into skewers. If you are using wooden skewers, then insert wooden skewers into water for 30 minutes before use. Grill kebabs on medium heat for 10 minutes turning occasionally . Fish Fillets take less time to cook so keep close eye on it

**Use firm fleshed fish fillets else it will start to break off easily while grilling

***It’s best to cover and let the dish stand for 20 minutes after it’s cooked to allow the flavors to set in well
