This is a twist to traditional Jam sandwiches,it’s tasty and easy to prepare. Not just kids, adults too would love these gooey buttery jammy bites. So ditch the boring old jam sandwiches and try out in new avataar

When I prepared this snack originally, I had used egg instead of yogurt however since I keep getting requests for eggless dishes , I decided to make this jam sandwich with yogurt and yes it does taste equally good. This dish is inspired from the American fried snacks. I had deep fried these sandwiches , you can shallow fry it too.And yes, my kid really loved jam sandwiches in this new form. You can prepare this snack for tiffin box too
*Use 1 egg instead of yogurt for additional fluffiness. If you want to prepare this immediately, add a pinch of baking soda. Discard any left over batter
**You can shallow fry the dish instead of deep frying it. Use butter for shallow frying
Do check the video for better clarity in preparation and share your experience once you prepare the dish
