Enriched with the goodness of Strawberries, honey, Oats, Multigrain and Buckwheat flour, it’s time to munch on something healthier snacks this winter

There are quite many healthy bars available in market today but the downside is you can never be sure of the hidden calories in them so the best way to eat healthy is do it yourself. These are simple to prepare and requires least efforts, further you are ensured you are eating something good and nutritious

These delicious and healthy bars are perfect for both kids and adults. I have used mix of wheat and buckwheat flour to make it nutritious. This recipe was inspired from the net. You can use Maida (All purpose flour) as per original recipe, I prefer it to be healthy hence I have modified the original recipe to make it as nutritious as possible. To be honest, each time I prepared these bars, I keep changing ingredients here and there to satiate my taste buds

You can play around with the ingredients to suit the taste and make it as healthy as possible. So next time before you reach out to those “healthy bars” in store, do try this recipe and I am sure you will never go to stores to buy the bars again

*You can substitute strawberries with pumpkin puree or additionally add mashed bananas to the bars

**Sugar can be substituted with Stevia or dates syrup too. Additionally, you can add in chia seeds with strawberries

*** I have used rolled Oats to prepare this dish, you can use steel cut or Instant oats too

****You can use any healthy oil or butter while mixing with Oats, but do not skip it

Do watch the video for better clarity in preparation and share your experience once you prepare the dish
